Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Railway (hosting and managed PostgreSQL database) and Google Cloud Storage (file and media storage). Both services operate with industry-standard security controls including encrypted data transfer over HTTPS.
Access to your company's data within Fire Inspect Hub is controlled through role-based permissions. Users can only access data belonging to their company account.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a strong password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
