These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fire Inspect Hub, a product of GoCrewIT ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 4113 N Pontiac Avenue, Chicago, IL.
By creating an account or using Fire Inspect Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
Fire Inspect Hub is a cloud-based software platform designed to assist fire protection contractors with NFPA 10, 25, and 72 inspection workflows, compliance documentation, PDF report generation, client and asset management, and related operational tasks.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
To use Fire Inspect Hub, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

You agree to use Fire Inspect Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Fire Inspect Hub is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
Legacy Rates: A company that subscribed under a rate we no longer offer keeps that rate for the duration of its continuous active subscription, on every user seat, however many seats it adds. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled and later restarted, the rate we publish at that time applies.
Free Accounts: New accounts may use the platform at no cost, with no time limit and no credit card. Free accounts have access to the same in-app features as paid accounts, including PDF report generation, CSV export and compliance filing tools; reports generated on a free account carry a SAMPLE watermark until the account is upgraded.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of the current paid period.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Fire Inspect Hub, including client records, inspection data, photos, and reports ("Your Data").
By using the platform, you grant GoCrewIT a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the platform.
Fire Inspect Hub is a tool to assist with the documentation and workflow of NFPA inspections. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, proper training, or compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Important: GoCrewIT makes no representation that use of this software ensures compliance with NFPA 10, 25, 72, or any other code, standard, or regulation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of inspection data entered and for ensuring your inspections meet all applicable requirements in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCrewIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Fire Inspect Hub, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory penalties.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription fees, or if we discontinue the service. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
All software, design, code, trademarks, and content comprising Fire Inspect Hub — excluding Your Data — are the property of GoCrewIT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
