Appointment text messages · Effective Date: November 4, 2026
Fire Inspect Hub is software used by fire protection inspection companies. A company that uses it can send its customers text messages about their inspection appointments. The texts come from that company's own registered phone number, and each one starts with the company's name.
No text is sent until the inspection company has recorded your consent on your customer record in Fire Inspect Hub, together with the mobile number you gave it. A company records consent only after you agree to receive appointment texts from it, for example when you book an inspection by phone, in person or in writing. The company is responsible for obtaining and recording that consent.
Example: "Acme Fire Protection: your fire inspection at Maple School is booked for Tue Nov 10. Reply STOP to opt out." No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Message frequency: a few messages per appointment.
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that company. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you reply START.
Reply HELP for help, or contact the inspection company that booked your visit. You can also reach Fire Inspect Hub at the address below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to send the appointment messages described here, through our messaging provider, Twilio. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
