A Brycer rejection is one of the more frustrating things that can happen after a completed inspection. The job is done. The report is generated. And then Brycer kicks it back — sometimes with a vague error message, sometimes with no explanation at all.
The good news: Brycer rejections are almost always caused by the same handful of issues. Once you know what to look for, most of them are quick to fix — and with the right workflow, most of them become preventable entirely.

1Property address doesn't match the Brycer recordBrycer matches submissions to property records by address. If the address you enter during submission doesn't exactly match the address already in Brycer's system — including suite numbers, abbreviations (St vs Street), or directional prefixes — the submission may be rejected or routed to the wrong property.FixBefore submitting, look up the property in Brycer and confirm the exact address format it's stored under. - Next inspection due date is populated
